As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations, Jim Souders leads the company's efforts to grow the customer base and develop close partnerships with key strategic partners.

Jim brings to Action Engine over 20 years of wireless telecommunications experience working with companies such as US West, GTE, OSI and Dorado Software.

Prior to joining Action Engine, Jim was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Wavelink Corporation, a leading provider of software solutions for the development of mission-critical wireless applications and the management of wireless LAN networks and mobile devices.

While at Wavelink Souders increased revenues by over 100% per year and established numerous partner alliances with equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and independent software vendors worldwide.

Jim is a native of the Northwest and graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting.
